Description

Three-story renovation of a historic classroom building that encompasses a complete interior renovation with exterior restorations and improvements that involve demolition and abatement. Includes full replacement of MEP and fire protection systems and integration of new underground utilities to campus services.

Features

  • The site was situated on an active university campus, presenting logistical challenges. To address these, we implemented
    detailed coordination for site access, phased scaffolding     removal, and proactive communication with university stakeholders.
