Description

The project consisted of a 5,000 sf renovation of three concession spaces in Terminal 2. Includes a coffee kiosk with new layout for more efficient queuing, a restaurant/bar with a patio offering design flexibility, and an expanded open-air bar.

Features

 

  • RDU served 8.8 million passengers in 2021 with more than 80% boarding through Terminal 2. Messer coordinated extensively with Raleigh-Durham Airport Authority to maximize safety and minimize disruption to airport operations and neighboring concessions.
  • Flow scheduling helped enhance speed to market by completing repetitive building elements productively and efficiently.
