Description

The project involved the demolition and renovation of 4,785 square feet on the ground floor to transform existing computer labs into two new active learning classrooms, conference rooms, and collaborative spaces. The scope also included upgrades to the existing MEP systems.

  • Acheived 43.5% M/WBE spend.
  • This project took place in an older building with limited ceiling space, creating the need for detailed planning for MEP upgrades and coordination with owners.
  • Since this renovation was in an active building, Messer coordinated with owners to ensure a safe jobsite for all students, staff and visitors on campus.
