Description

As Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools continues to grow alongside the city’s expanding population, this new 54-classroom middle school was built to help relieve overcrowding at nearby campuses.

The facility features a three-story steel-structured classroom wing and a single-story load-bearing masonry activities wing on a 20-acre site. The campus also includes a football field, running track, and baseball and softball fields. The project included the construction of a new public road and associated traffic utilities and signals to support safe access to the school.
