Features

  • This project was located on an active campus and busy road, creating the need for extensive site planning and communication with owners to create a safe, non-disruptive environment for students.
  • Given the building’s proximity to the baseball field, Messer had to strategically schedule construction around their schedule to create a safe working environment.
  • Collaborating with two architecture firms fostered a dynamic design process that required adaptability, clear communication, and a strong commitment to aligning diverse creative visions for a cohesive project outcome.
