Description

This project is a 19,500 sf facility new development including classrooms, arts and crafts areas, life skills room to teach vocational skills, offices, and cafeteria with prep kitchen.

Features

  • Construction took place on the occupied Larry A. Fleming campus.
  • The project team safely worked less than 30 feet from a playground, and 20 feet from an adjacent building, parking lot, and street. Key actions that drove this include coordinating all activities with the staff at the site and daily huddles to review safety measures before work each morning.
