Description

Renovation project encompassing the first and third floors of the current medical office building. The scope involves a 22,000 sq. ft. build-out on the existing third floor, featuring the addition of 27 new patient rooms, plus an 11,000 sq. ft. renovation on the first floor for executive offices. Includes essential support spaces on the third floor, including a nursing station, nourishment alcove, clean utility area, soiled utility area, electrical facilities, staff lounge, and conference space. Also encompasses the installation of new medical gas, chilled water, and HVAC systems.

  • The building is completely occupied during renovation.
  • Our team is using Building Information Modeling (BIM) and virtual mockups to coordinate MEPs and all above ceiling infrastructure.

  • We are utilizing our innovative services and talent including safety 5S, Flow Scheduling and our Craftforce to self-perform work.
