Description

This is a new industrial warehouse with office space in the Patriot Park Building District totaling more than 200,000 sf.

Features

  • The project's dry-in date was accelerated by two months, enabling the tenant to enter the facility earlier.
  • Messer self-performed installation of 60,000 sf of interior rigid wall insulation.
