Description

This three-story, 13,000 sf steel structure expansion includes a new board room addition with kitchen and lobby space. Renovations to the existing space include new entrances and restrooms; also, the second and third floors will be built out in the future for administrative offices.

Features

  • This project site is situated in the center of an active parking garage project site also being led by Messer. Both of our project teams coordinated extensively with each other to ensure safety and minimize disruptions to construction operations.
