Description

This is a 105,000 sf renovation of a historic bank building and parking garage to create a new downtown gaming facility. It includes two historical racing machines (HRM), gaming floors
and three levels of parking, interior and exterior smoking HRM gaming areas, three different bar concepts, a full commercial
kitchen, offices, and back-of-house support space. The project also included a full replacement of all MEP systems.
