Description

This is two, four-story wood framed buildings that include 110 residential units, fitness center, amenity space, and approximately 7,000 sf of retail space.

Features

  • It is necessary to consider the needs of future tenants when planning the retail space; however, these tenants and their exact needs are still unknown.
  • Special considerations for under-slab plumbing and chases for future MEP systems that exit the building’s four-stories are required.
