Description

This project consisted of the renovation of the existing residence hall totaling up to 54,573 sf. Construction included architectural upgrades to flooring, paint, ceilings, casework, elevators, landscaping and hardscaping, replacement of roof and exterior windows and upgrades to all MEP systems.

  • By utilizing Flow Scheduling, Messer shaved several weeks off the project schedule.
  • We provided analysis of the existing plumbing system and determined that a new system would benefit the project for the long-term.
  • LEED Silver Certified.
