Description

This is a new 11,400 sf, single-story emergency department (ED) and urgent care facility to help serve more of the community.

Features

  • The project is being built next to a high trafficked shopping center, leading to the need for detailed site logistics planning and just-in-time deliveries.
  • Due to the size and experience of some local subcontractors, Messer has detailed Flow Scheduling to keep everyone onsite on-time and on-budget.
  • Messer Craftforce is expected to self-perform $1.7 million worth of work on this project.
