Description

Flaget Memorial Hospital provides a wide range of services through existing medical office building tenants. This new facility expands their orthopedic diagnostics, imaging, surgical care and rehabilitation services. It is two-story, a 33,000 sf medical office building that includes tenant fit-out and shell space for future expansion.

Features

  • Our team utilized target value design to ensure the owner’s vision and budget were maintained.
  • By working collaboratively with the architect, owner and engineers, we revised the slab condition, exterior framing details and brick support details. This reduced the amount of structural steel required and simplified the exterior framing to realize both schedule and cost reductions.
  • This project was completed with zero recordable incidents and a 20% inclusion rate.
