Description

This project includes renovation of first floor parking garage to include new rental car facility; removal and rework of roadways; parking space expansion to the North, West, Cell Phone and Express Shuttle lots; extension of network fiber "backbone"; demolition and renovation of underground tunnels; upgraded covered sidewalks, crossing islands, lighting and surveillance equipment MEP systems; and much more.

 

 

 

Features

  • Situated in the heart of a fully operational terminal, safety was top priority. Messer meticulously coordinated construction activities with the Louisville Regional Airport Authority officials to ensure the safety of staff and passengers was maintained at all times. 
  • Phasing was coordinated to minimize the number of changes to traffic patterns for travelers.
