Description

This is a six-story parking addition to the existing North Avenue Garage. It provides 1,100 new parking spaces.

  • The project was situated in a densely populated neighborhood.
  • Flow Scheduling was incorporated which save time and money.
  • The project team completed a portion of the garage early providing partial occupancy of the facility to allow more parking for guests and staff.
  • Exceeded the M/WBE goal with 53% participation.
