Description

NTS Development oversaw this large development project. This is a mix of office, retail, academic space and green space. It is a four-story, 120,000 sf office building with iconic glass and metal panel exterior. The main lobby features white marble flooring, wood paneling, stainless steel accents and unique lighting features.

  • The project team utilized design assist and collaborative design detailing with building structure, exterior envelope and mechanical systems to reduce project costs while still meeting the owner’s standards.
