Description

The Ohio State University transformed the North Residential District Transformation (NRDT) into an integrated living / learning environment to redefine the student experience.. This project included eight new residence halls providing housing for 3,878 students, two new dining halls and a fitness center. The outdoor recreation and gathering space provides a place to interact and build a sense of community.

Features

  • The project team delivered more than 1.1 million sf of new construction in 30 months and where students continued to live and study during construction.
  • 2016 AGC Build Ohio Award.
