Description

This seven-story apartment building was constructed to meet the needs of college students at The Ohio State University. Construction included a parking garage on the first floor of the building and around 2,600 sf retail space along Lane Avenue.

  • The apartment building has multiple balconies with incredible views of Ohio Stadium and a mechanized car rack parking system by Klaus Parking.
