Description

The University of Louisville had a desire to consolidate multiple doctors offices and departments into a single location. The project is an eight-story, 174,000 sf building that includes a pediatric ambulatory care center with specialties in general pediatrics, audiology, ENT, cardiology, psychology, physical therapy, radiology, telemedicine, phlebotomy, infusion and sports medicine.

 

Features

  • This was a tight site in the middle of a busy, urban medical campus.
  • BIM coordination was critical due to limited ceiling space.
