Description

Aisin needed additions to the existing plant to properly provide for their global customers and continue growing business. The additions included a 75,600 sf addition to Plant 1 and a 50,400 sf addition to Plant 2. Plants include tunnel for conveyor system used for production. 

 

Features

  • While both plants were constructed in an occupied space, installation of temporary, pre-cast paneled walls were required to keep noise and debris from reaching the operating plants. 
  • Aisin received fast-track benefits due to the facility's foundation being laid before the design was finished.
