Description

The office building and attached circulation towers enclose approximately 450,000 sf. The building houses office space, a conference center, auditorium, cafeteria, partial basement, two utility tunnels, mechanical penthouse and numerous windows for natural light. There are also two, six-level parking structures on either end of the building which hold about 1,500 vehicles.

Features

  • The project faced a cliff on its rear north side and is surrounded by city streets on the three remaining sides.
